Are you an experienced and motivated telecoms engineer looking for your next challenge? CASS, a leading telecommunications contractor, is seeking Self-Employed FTTH Engineers to deliver fibre-to-the-home installations across the Staffordshire area. Join our team, use your expertise on high-quality installs, and provide outstanding service to our customers.

What you’ll do

• Install fibre to customer premises (both underground & overhead)

• Carry out troubleshooting and liaise effectively with the project team

• Deliver a professional, customer-focused service on-site

What you’ll need

• Smart Awards Proven PIA, OH & UG fibre cabling experience with valid accreditations (SA001, SA002, SA020, K008, N22, N37, NRSWA)

• Full UK manual driving licence and a clear DBS check

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
