1. Screening
We build a strong pipeline of high-potential opportunities by first assessing new markets and technologies for efficiency and scalability. We then use GIS tools and local partnerships to find and screen ideal development locations, considering factors like grid and infrastructure. Once we identify ideal sites, we negotiate flexible land agreements. Finally, we conduct high-level environmental assessments to identify and plan for potential risks.
2. Development & Structuring
Once a project is identified, we prepare it for construction by systematically de-risking and structuring all aspects. This involves advancing the project through regulatory processes and detailed engineering, conducting in-depth environmental studies, and securing financing from debt and equity partners. We also build local community support and obtain all necessary permits and approvals to ensure a seamless transition to the next phase.
3. Construction
The construction phase focuses on executing projects efficiently while managing costs and ensuring quality. This involves implementing phased construction plans with contingency buffers, tracking budgets to prevent overruns, and maintaining strict QHSE standards through regular audits. We also secure materials and services via optimised procurement and continue building local community support to ensure project success.
4. Operation
Once operational, we work to maximise project performance and long-term value. This is achieved through optimising power sales strategies and integrating new technologies like battery storage to enhance revenue. We also use predictive analytics and monitoring systems to ensure high uptime, while planning for the asset's full lifecycle, including repowering and retrofitting. Our final step is delivering the green electricity, fuels, and chemicals to our customers.
