ROLE OVERVIEW
About the role:
CASS MUC – Multi-Utility Infrastructure, Delivered with Confidence.
From early-stage design through to final connection and network adoption, we deliver integrated gas, water, electrical and telecoms infrastructure across the UK — simplifying delivery, reducing risk and keeping projects moving.
We’re looking for a Finance & Project Coordinator to support both the financial administration and day-to-day coordination of projects. This is a varied role within a growing business, ideal for someone organised, proactive and keen to develop their skills.
What you’ll be doing:
In this role, you will support both the financial and operational sides of the business, helping to keep projects running efficiently and accurately:
Raising purchase orders and tracking project spend
Preparing invoices and monitoring payments
Supporting basic bookkeeping, VAT and finance processes
Maintaining project and financial trackers
Coordinating project activities and updating internal systems
Communicating with suppliers and internal teams to keep work on track
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Working collaboratively across departments to keep projects running smoothly
What we're looking for:
We are looking for someone who is organised, reliable and keen to develop within a growing business environment:
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
Strong communication skills with a proactive, can-do approach
Comfortable following up on payments, missing information and actions
Experience in utilities, telecoms or construction is advantageous but not essential
Required skills and experience:
To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:
Confidence using Excel and working with data
Previous experience in admin, finance or coordination
Understanding of basic finance processes (invoicing, purchase orders, VAT, etc.)
Experience using internal systems or trackers
Experience in utilities, telecoms or construction is advantageous but not essential
